Problem and market
Shift-based public teams still run on spreadsheets and chat groups.
In 112 emergency medical stations the monthly roster is usually produced by hand in a spreadsheet, changes are negotiated in messaging groups, and rest and leave rules are tracked from memory. The result is uneven workload distribution, rule breaches noticed too late, administrative load concentrated on one person, and institutional memory that disappears when the manager changes.

Frequently asked questions
Is mesai.pro an official government application?
No. mesai.pro is privately developed independent software built to reduce the administrative workload of public employees and team managers. It is not integrated with official government systems and does not replace them.
Which platforms is the product available on?
mesai.pro is live in the browser and on Android through Google Play. The personal workspace and the 112 workgroup flows are available on both platforms using the same account.
What does the product cost today?
Personal workspace features are free for individual use and 112 workgroup features are currently free. There is no active payment flow or paid plan on the platform today. This page will be updated once the pricing structure is finalised.
Who can see my data?
Personal workspace data is private to your account. Workgroup data is visible only to authorised members. Data is not sold for advertising purposes, and the infrastructure providers used to operate the service are limited by the terms in our privacy policy.
What happens when a team manager changes?
Workgroup records are tied to the continuity of the workgroup rather than to a single manager. When the manager changes, the new authorised user is invited to the existing group and the previous authority is transferred. Past rosters and personnel records are preserved.
